For our sixth episode, we discuss different barrel aging processes, which is where whiskey matures and gets its flavor. We then open a Chicagoland release of WhistlePig Piggyback Rye VSOJ barrel. This special release is finished in old whiskey barrels, which was then used to age Revolution VSOJ beer, and then used to finish this WhistlePig Piggyback.
